Criminal Records Disclosure

The Issue:

The Conclusion:

The client’s decision to use our most exhaustive, comprehensive search, resulted in finding that the applicant is a registered sex offender, in the state of Colorado. The applicant was formerly an employee in the Colorado State Penal System, and had been charged with official misconduct, and inappropriate sexual contact with a prisoner, a felony, in 2006. The applicant plead guilty, and was given a 4 year deferred sentence, 12 months probation and sentenced to 60 hours of community service, plus fines.

This individual went on to incur charges of driving while under restraint, not only in 2006, but in 2009. Then was charged with false reporting of false information, in 2009, which landed them 12 months probation, 24 hours of community service, and court costs and fines.

The sad part of this story is that this individual will be branded a sex offender for life, and will always need to register as one no matter where they go, in the US. This distinction is with them for life.
