What information can I expect to obtain from a background check?
A background check can be very useful in verifying the information provided by the applicant on the employment application and resume. The employer typically chooses the searches based upon the job requirements of the open position. Will the applicant be handling money or driving a company car? Does the position require certain licenses and degrees? Does company policy require a pre-employment drug screen? A background screening can be as basic or comprehensive as the employer deems necessary or relevant. NationSearch team members are here to help guide the process. This is not a complete list of available searches, but does represent the most common. The information gleaned is completely dependent upon the search/searches being requested.
